I remain in command at all times during training. I am responsible for the vessel’s seaworthiness, registration, safety equipment and comprehensive marine insurance. I accept full legal and financial responsibility for the vessel, all persons on board, and any incident, damage, injury or loss arising during or after training, including my later use of anything taught. To the maximum extent permitted by law I release Boat Wise Sydney Pty Ltd, its directors, instructors and contractors from all liability, including under Clause 26 (Post-Training Disclaimer) Book & Pay
