Refund Policy

BoatWise is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality boat licence training courses available. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer needs to cancel their enrolment. In these cases, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide you with a refund. We offer the following refund policy:

Full refund:

• If you cancel your course registration more than 7 days before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund.

50% refund:

• If you cancel your course registration within 7 days of the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund.

No refund:

• If you cancel your course registration within 7 days of the start of the course, or do not show up for the course, you will not receive a refund.

Exceptions:

• If you are unable to attend the course due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to offer you a credit for a future course. Please contact us to discuss your options.

How to request a refund:

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at least 7 days before the start of your course. Please include your name, contact information, and the date of the course you are registered for. We will process your refund request within 10 business days.
